There’s always going to be something that scares you

For instance, you’re scared about becoming a coach, and then you realize you’re scared of getting a coaching certification and putting yourself out there. You are not alone in this, and this is not the only fear you’ll have in life. And one thing to keep in mind is, if something scares the sh*t out of you, chances are it will lead you to something greater.
Understand how you want to show up in the world
By gaining a deeper understanding of how you want to show up in the world, it will slowly help you ease the fear of being visible. Sometimes, this fear stems from the not knowing. The uncertainty and not being sure how we want to show up. If you’re working on your coaching certification, how do you want to show up as a coach? What are the values that you want to highlight? It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be honest.
Perfection - sometimes, it eats us alive. The thing about perfectionism is that it is so easy to fall into it and not notice it. Perfectionism is the main enemy of creativity and too much of it can be toxic. That said, keep reminding yourself that whatever you do, it doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be honest. It has to be true to you and you believe in it 100%.
Don't make it about you
Another solution on how to get over the fear of visibility is to not make it about you. Because it isn't! Keep in mind that you’re getting a coaching certification to become a coach. You’re learning tips to overcome fear to be able to show up for your clients and be the best coach you can be. This is all about your clients. This is all about making an impact in their lives. This is all about your skills and using them well. It is not about you.
Focus on what you’re truly good at
Positive psychology focuses in on strengths for a reason! If you want to know how to be visible, it’s best to focus on what you’re truly good at.
The internet tells us we should be on all social media platforms and that we should have a newsletter and a glamorous, user-friendly website, blah blah blah, the list goes on. Reconnect yourself to these things and slowly, being visible won't be so scary anymore because you're coming from a place of strength.
Know yourself and work with yourself
