Sales & Enrollment Lead (Full-Time, Remote)

Position Overview 

JRNI Coaching is a coach training program and coaching community focused on helping coaches launch exceptional, one-of-a-kind coaching businesses they love and transform lives, on their terms.

We seek a multi-skilled sales or enrollment specialist for the role of Sales Lead to support the admissions department, drive revenue and grow new student enrollment.

This position’s primary focus is prospective student calls, texts and follow up, handling phone and email inquiries, data entry, and coaching those interested in becoming JRNI students through the admissions process. 

This role will be directly supporting the Admissions department in meeting enrollment goals and growing new student enrollments, collaborating with the Director of Admissions. 

We’re looking for someone with strong sales skills and communication skills who adores coaching/self improvement. This position requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage on-going communication with multiple prospective students.

This role is full-time and fully remote, work-from-home. 

Duties and Responsibilities
Our Sales & Enrollment Lead will assist in speaking with incoming leads to hit internal enrollment and growth goals, keeping in contact with new and long-term prospects, and prospecting and nurturing current incoming leads.

The ability to serve as coach, navigator, and master facilitator in conversations with prospective students along with the ability to accurately speak/answer questions about JRNI’s program offerings are essential to this role. 

We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, thoughtful, and organized self-starter to provide exceptional service to prospective students. 

What you’ll do…

  • Make and receive calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in JRNI to accurately explain program offerings, discuss and advise suitable programs in accordance with the student's interests and career goals
  • Accurately share information about JRNI program offerings to prospective students
  • Ask thought-provoking questions to help students discover if JRNI is the right fit for them
  • Provide excellent customer service through professional, consistent, and effective outreach and engagement
  • Maintain call calendar and availability
  • Maintain your own admissions pipeline in CRM (PipeDrive) including data entry and consistent student follow up

Skills and Abilities...

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, course sales or admissions in higher education
  • Exceptional oral or written communication and interpersonal skills-- phone, email, text, Zoom
  • Use data to make decisions and to help others make decisions.
  • Excellent at critical thinking, project management, time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work highly effectively with minimal supervision/remote management
  • Please be allergic to hustle culture and "sales bro" speak
  • Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve more in this life and desire to see our students succeed

Compensation and Hours

This is a full-time 40 hour a week role. Compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 - $90,000 depending on experience with a generous bonus structure for each enrollment.
