We seek a multi-skilled Project Coordinator to support the Enrollment, Student Services and Marketing departments.

This position’s primary focus is to manage students, provide customer service and assist with marketing efforts.
You’re an intuitive, skilled communicator, able to assist any department as needed and amplify our efforts to help students succeed.
This role will be directly supporting our Student Services, Enrollment and Marketing departments, responsible for student management, instructor organization, team scheduling, customer service emails and chat as well as blog and social media scheduling.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who adores coaching and wants to make a difference in the lives of our students. You’ll be juggling priorities working with a variety of digital tools and learning new tools and skills quickly.

This role is full-time and work-from-home. In addition to working alongside our Enrollment and Student Services departments, you’ll also work closely with Marketing and Content.
We’re not your average company — we always make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to live their best lives, recharge, and have fun (major perks of working as a remote team!)
The tasks required in this role typically fit into an 9am-6pm PT or ET schedule (we're very flexible!) but would require about two hours on Sunday mornings for troubleshooting student and classroom issues.
Our dream Project Coordinator is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done.”
The Project Coordinator will be handling scheduling, organizing students and instructors, posting and scheduling social content and inbound customer service emails and chats. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to this role!
This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will take initiative, bring clarity and keep the trains running on time.
