Our program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only globally recognized credentialing program for coach practitioners, via their CCE program (Continuing Coach Education). We're also a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations Graduates of the JRNI Signature Program will be eligible for ICF ACC Certification (those who graduate from Essentials will get a JRNI Certificate but will not be eligible for ICF ACC)

Our Signature program is an 8 month intensive, designed to help new and established practitioners launch a full-time coaching practice and prepare for international accreditation.
Led by 15+ expert instructors from diverse backgrounds, the program is delivered via LIVE weekly training sessions online, plus weekly interactive "Office Hours" where founders Noelle Cordeaux and John Kim answer your questions on All Things coaching.
