JRNI Coaching is a coach training program and coaching community focused on helping coaches launch exceptional, one-of-a-kind coaching businesses they love and transform lives, on their terms.We seek a multi-skilled Executive Assistant to sally forth with kindness, courage, strategy, and action.

This role is part-time and fully remote, work-from-home -- with potential to become a full time role.

This part time role will typically fit into the morning or afternoon of an ET schedule (we're very flexible!). Our dream Executive Assistant is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done.” 

Duties and Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will have strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills to support daily operations. You’ll be working alongside the head of the company to attend meetings, take notes, create spreadsheets and documents, organize schedules, prepare documents for review, and more.

This position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational skills. In addition, our ideal candidate will take initiative, think ahead and act with kindness and compassion.

What you’ll do most often…

Manage administrative responsibilities with enthusiasm and accuracy, including, but not limited to:

  • Schedule and attend meetings to take notes
  • Stay on top of the calendar and schedule, ensure necessary materials are reviewed before meetings
  • Handle email and follow ups
  • Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence, and to prepare presentations through proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Drive
  • Plan out and keep to timelines, deadlines, and handle confidential materials

Skills and Abilities...

  • Minimum 4+ years of prior administrative work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively, work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks
  • Must be a resourceful person, adaptable and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with organization and project management tools, such as Asana or Monday.com
  • Creating materials in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Drive

Compensation and Hours:

This is a flexible, 20 hour a week, part-time, independent contractor role with the potential to grow into more. Compensation for this will begin at $35 per hour.
