This role is part-time and fully remote, work-from-home -- with potential to become a full time role.

This part time role will typically fit into the morning or afternoon of an ET schedule (we're very flexible!). Our dream Executive Assistant is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done.”
Duties and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will have strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills to support daily operations. You’ll be working alongside the head of the company to attend meetings, take notes, create spreadsheets and documents, organize schedules, prepare documents for review, and more.
This position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational skills. In addition, our ideal candidate will take initiative, think ahead and act with kindness and compassion.

Compensation and Hours:
This is a flexible, 20 hour a week, part-time, independent contractor role with the potential to grow into more. Compensation for this will begin at $35 per hour.
