I'm a calm and empathetic coach. I create a warm space where my clients feel reassured, relaxed and reconnected with themselves. I care deeply about my client's wellbeing and my priority is to help them take more care of themselves and prioritize their needs. I ask powerful questions but always with kindness and respect to my client's story and space.
I'm a caretaker type and I know firsthand what it takes for other helpers and caretaker types to prioritize their own needs and goals. I help my clients build a healthier self-care routine, learn how to manage a full plate without sacrificing their health and happiness, and create space for passions, interests and dreams. I support my clients in shifting the mindset to self-love and finding everyday joy through mindfulness, appreciative inquiry and positive psychology. I was born in Kazakhstan, schooled in Switzerland and currently living in France with a German partner. I love my international community and prioritize diversity, equality and access to self-care in my practice. I believe in sharing knowledge and spreading awareness about personal growth, mental health and everyday joy, so you'll probably see me host live chats, webinars, workshops, discussions, retreats, meditation sessions and more, where my goal is to share what I know and contribute to easing discomfort for as many people as possible.
