During our session we’ll talk about what you want to accomplish and then plan together to make those goals a reality. We'll be in a partnership where you’ll have a safe space to feel seen, heard, supported, and encouraged. We’ll work through roadblocks that arise by talking them through and then drilling it down to what action steps you can take next. You'll show up authentically, open-minded, and willing to do the work and I'll show up with my expertise, enthusiasm, and a relentless belief that you're capable of achieving what you set your mind to. I’ll guide you in coming up with your own solutions, while providing clarity and helping you focus on the one thing that will bring the most results.
Professionally, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Life Coach, and hold two bachelor’s degrees: one in Exercise Science, the other in Food/Nutrition/Dietetics. My work has been published in Women’s Wilderness, Girls Gone Strong, Thought Catalog, Elite Daily, and The Unmistakable Effect. I have over five years of experience coaching people (online and in person) when it comes to self development/personal growth, body image, and training + nutrition. Personally, I'm an adventurous, ambitious, and purpose-drive human who refuses to settle for anything less than an exceptional experience during this lifetime. I believe no matter how many times we feel we've fucked up, we always hold the power to change our present and future for the better.
