During our session we’ll talk about what you want to accomplish and then plan together to make those goals a reality. We'll be in a partnership where you’ll have a safe space to feel seen, heard, supported, and encouraged. We’ll work through roadblocks that arise by talking them through and then drilling it down to what action steps you can take next. You'll show up authentically, open-minded, and willing to do the work and I'll show up with my expertise, enthusiasm, and a relentless belief that you're capable of achieving what you set your mind to. I’ll guide you in coming up with your own solutions, while providing clarity and helping you focus on the one thing that will bring the most results.
Professionally, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Life Coach, and hold two bachelor’s degrees: one in Exercise Science, the other in Food/Nutrition/Dietetics. My work has been published in Women’s Wilderness, Girls Gone Strong, Thought Catalog, Elite Daily, and The Unmistakable Effect. I have over five years of experience coaching people (online and in person) when it comes to self development/personal growth, body image, and training + nutrition. Personally, I'm an adventurous, ambitious, and purpose-drive human who refuses to settle for anything less than an exceptional experience during this lifetime. I believe no matter how many times we feel we've fucked up, we always hold the power to change our present and future for the better.
"She is SO knowledgeable, she listens, and makes changes that are needed based on your travel schedule, injury, stress whatever. She has your back and the whole mind-body-soul connection! The most exciting and surprising thing about working together was discovering her true depth of knowledge. I felt so confident in what I was doing. I also was happily surprised that with just 2 days a week of weight training I got such visual and internal results! In the beginning I doubted that 2 days a week would be enough but that was all I could commit to at the time and was so pleasantly surprised!" -Cindy L.
"I took Steph's workshop because I needed motivation to take care of me. She fucking rocks and I love her approach to the mental aspect of fitness. I think she has a great way of expressing her experience and her willingness to bring everything to the front line. She’s passionate about making herself better and everyone she comes in contact with."
"When Steph and I first connected I wanted to improve my planning skills. Within days of our session I started editing the final 2 chapters of my book. Our one session together felt fantastic. Some people tend to project their own issues and beliefs into others. This wasn't the case at all. Our session was my first life-coaching interaction and I enjoyed it a lot - she was gentle and kind and understanding."
