Using my training and background in life and health coaching, I can help you articulate what your goals are, determine what you’ll need to get there, find the tools and resources you’ll need and support you to keep you on track to living the life you want to be living.
Like most people, I am a lot of things rolled into one. I am a rebel, a wife, a mother,a friend, a traveler, a former lawyer, a certified life and health coach, a yoga teacher. After spending more than a decade living in Hong Kong and Shanghai, I relocated to Los Angeles with my family in 2012. During my journey balancing my career, marriage, children and an active social life in more than 10 different cities, I have realized that we all need a little bit of help in figuring out what we want from life, how we want to get there and keeping it all together and that is why I am here — to work with you to find balance by connecting all of the dots in your life, ultimately leaving more room for you to be present and find joy in the everyday. Balance is truly the key to so many things - in yoga and in life. I love standing on my head, homemade granola, traveling to new places, hiking with my dogs and spending time with my family.
