My clients must know that our conversations are held in the most strictness of confidence. I believe the cornerstone of progress are the direct result of communication. My intention is to be all in with our conversations and it's my hope that you will be able to feel the same way. I'm not afraid to take the coaching process into deep dialogue if that is what's required for results. I will provide a safe relaxed place for us to do the work to achieve the goals that you desire.
Faced with being forced to reevaluate & reinvent myself, after a 29 year career in the car business. I was led to moving out of my comfort zone. (not easy) This process motivated me to become a certified catalyst life coach with JRNI in April 2018.
Serving in a management capacity, as well as owning a mini storage business for many years, I've had the opportunity to build many wonderful and lasting relationships. Life has given me the chance to serve on numerous boards including President of my church for 18 years. A health system board for 4 1/2, along with the local chamber. This has made me a very empathetic, trustworthy and loyal person.
20 years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That has been a roller coaster of emotions. With out the support of my wife of 31 years I simply can't imagine going thru this without her beside me. All this has been a blessing for me because I finally understand that it's OK to ask for help some times. So allow me the honor to stand with you and move forward one step at a time.
"I’m writing this letter on behalf of Michael Horton to let you know what a great asset he would be to your organization. I’ve known Michael for as long as I can remember (I’m 43) and he’s helped me down many different paths through those years. Traveling down these paths with Michael I have also witnessed him help some of his own family members with some issues. Michael told me about his new career choice and one thing that really struck me was that I believe he has been doing this for many years. In my own life, I have had many struggles with alcoholism, PTSD and other issues. Throughout all of these Michael has been a constant sounding board filled with good advice. Michael has an effortless way of listening that makes him very easy to talk to. Life has also dealt Michael some blows that give him invaluable insight to the human condition and how to deal with it. Talking to Michael is like talking to an old friend and I’m very proud to consider him one of mine. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering my friend, he will not disappoint." -Heath
