I see you, all perfectly imperfect. Believe it or not, you are a total badass. And at the risk of sounding more cheesy than macaroni, I'll say it, I love you already. Whatever your goals may be, I want to help you crush them. Your mind, body, and spirit are yearning for it.
So, let’s collaborate. You bring the magic (you are the magic), commitment to the process, and willingness to do the work, and I’ll bring the tools and strategies, compassion and accountability, realness and love. With a focus on mindset and positive psychology, we will use neuroscience and practical, proven, evidence-based tools to create the change you seek.
Change your mind and your world changes. What will your world look like? Let’s find out.
It’s been said that when you hit rock bottom, the only way left to go is up. Well, I don’t think that’s true. You can always dig your hole even deeper. I know, because I’ve been there. Marriage on the rocks, job lost, home gone. I had become unrecognizable to myself and those around me, as I fell into a pattern of doing things I said I’d never do to escape reality and ease the pain.
Then one day, as I was driving home contemplating my future, I asked myself what my life would look in 3, 5, 10 years if I continued on in this way. Needless to say, I didn’t like what I saw. Even though I felt too broken and depressed to move forward, the image of that empty future felt too painful for me to stay. That’s when I decided it was time to begin my ascent. As I climbed my way out, by way of reading every personal development book I could get my hands on, I began to discover things about myself that I’d never realized before.
My self-esteem and confidence were less than zero. I thought my worth was tied to my looks, which left me feeling near worthless. I felt inadequate and most simply put, like I was never…enough. Everything about me was based on how I thought I “should” be, and I could never measure up. Perhaps the most insidious thing of all is that I never knew I felt this way. I had myself fooled along with everyone else around me. It was painful to discover just how little I thought of myself, but from that pain, I birthed a beautiful vision of a world where women own all their bits and pieces with love, while crafting the masterpiece that is their life on their terms, all along the way.

"Kyrie was amazing at understanding my issues and really helped me see things about myself that I never realized. She asked amazing questions to help me realize what I have been doing to myself. She relayed this information to me in a very sweet manner and gave me some great ideas to try."
"Kyrie made me feel immediately comfortable as she is very easy going. She is an extremely good listener and identified some of my patterns. She used analogies that made me think about situations from different angles. She analyzed one of my situations like no one else ever did before. Towards the end she suggested some very good action steps for me to work through my feelings. She is made for this and I recommend her to anyone who needs to feel really heard/understood, and feel more at peace. Thank you Kyrie!" -Chelsea C.
"Throughout the duration of the session, I felt heard, respected and supported. Kyrie was gentle in providing me ways to re-frame my current situation and really helping me turn towards the positive when I felt myself slipping into a confusing space. She encouraged me by offering validation in times where I felt no one else would have understood me." -Jenna C.
