I use the process of coaching to help you uncover and dismantle that which limits your capacity to move forward . I will help you discover new perspectives and develop new skills, habits and a whole new mindset. It is about implementing a unique new way of being. I can help you get to the heart of that which pulls you from the present moment and prevents you from reaching your true potential. You can identify who it is that you desire to be and how you wish to move through the world. You will discover the art of embodying yourself fully and completely so that you can effectively achieve your goals and find your power.
I value integrity, honesty and freedom above all else. My desire for freedom has led me along an unusual and colourful life path filled with experience, adventure and personal growth. I teach yoga, fitness and I facilitate sound mediations. I am curious and I love to travel. I lived in India for 12 years before I moved to the UAE, where I currently reside. Even though I am driven by this desire to wander and explore the entire world as well as the inner workings of the mind, people still describe me as being grounded and stable. I feel deeply and I coach from intuition, personal experience alongside traditional coaching tools.
