I walk with you through seasons of transition or difficult times and help you to care for yourself and develop resilience. I use a variety of tools to help you rediscover your strengths while also holding space for the anxiety or fear that arise in the process.
Coaching is a partnership between us: I help you to see the things that are most important to you and then walk alongside you in your process of realizing those dreams. Sometimes those dreams look like maintaining healthy coping skills or habits; other times, it looks like pushing yourself toward greater goals.
Coaching with me feels like not staying stuck in a difficult season. It feels like redefining yourself by your strengths rather than your past traumas and struggles. It also feels like accepting yourself and safely holding space for all of the parts of you so that you can truly find hope and flourish as the fullest, most authentic version of yourself.
For someone who loves adventure, transitions and changes in life have always been difficult for me. Life has made me resilient; as a survivor of trauma in my childhood and also as an adult, I found myself really struggling in the midst of change and heartache several years ago.
As I began to prioritize self-care, setting boundaries, and taking new purposeful steps forward, I began to find hope again. I realized that the pain that I have experienced at the hands of others doesn't have to define me. As I began to pursue this healing process for myself, I realized that I really wanted to create spaces for others to connect, heal, and develop resilience in the midst of difficult seasons, too.
I am a Mama to 3 amazing kids, and I have been working diligently to break cycles of trauma in our family. I am a wife to a wonderful husband, and this process has helped me to communicate my needs within my marriage. I am a passionate advocate for justice, and I actively seek to find ways to keep my coaching practice justice-centered.
Having safe spaces to communicate my experiences, develop self-awareness, and take positive steps has helped me tremendously. Now, I am so grateful to be able to offer this type of space as a coach.
