Coaching with me can be many things. But one thing I'm entirely sure about is that I will provide you with a judgment-free zone. A place where you can be completely yourself regardless of who that is—a place where you are allowed and encouraged to be vulnerable and authentic. I know vulnerability sounds like a bad word for many, but the truth is that vulnerability is a good word. It's a humanistic word. A word that implies the capacity to grow and flourish, and we all have the ability and capacity to do so; therefore, we are all vulnerable.
Coaching with me is also like having a friend with no hidden agenda who is soft, kind, and caring but also firm and straightforward. I will challenge you for sure, but I will also be there to catch you IF you fall; there is nothing we can't figure out together.
Hello, my name is Jazzania, but you can call me Jazz. I am a Mindset Coach and the founder of Capable & Unaware, and here is what has inspired me to choose this name:
I'm a firm believer that every human is CAPABLE of pursuing, becoming, or obtaining anything they set their mind to. What often happens is that somehow at some period, our life takes an unforeseen turn and changes literally everything. Not always externally but internally. That voice inside of you who was full of confidence once no longer is. The voice inside of you that once had big dreams is no longer dreaming. That kid inside of you who was playful and fun no longer is. We became so detached from the internal self that we forgot how capable and powerful we truly are. We became UNAWARE of the what, how, and why of everything, and I wish to help.
Helping and listening to others has always come naturally to me. I can see both sides of every story, often assisting others in taking the proper steps to move forward. I also pride myself on my ability to accept everyone regardless of their personal life choice or preferences.
The quotes I live by:
"To each its own"
"Be the change you wish to see in the world" &
"A change in perspective changes your whole world" many times, the shift and change that we need in our lives are not necessarily externally but internally.
Facts about me:
-I am 28 years old
-I love all animals, but I'm terrified of the ocean and all the animals in it.
-I'm an advocate for women empowerment
-I'm not too fond of cold beverages
-I am a clinical intern pursuing my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Therefore, It's crucial to me that my clients understand that coaching is not therapy. Each entity serves a different purpose. My job here is not to provide therapy services but coaching services. Together we will get you to the point of flourishment, but I cannot help heal any past traumatic wounds.

"I've had the opportunity to be coached by Jazzania during her experience with JRNI. I only have great things to say about her. The times we spoke, she was compassionate, upfront, and helped me reframe my perspective. After speaking to her, I voluntarily reached out to Jazzania myself because of how impactful our conversations were. She is a powerful woman and is a great example of a Latina with the ability to empower other Latina women like herself."
