I specialize in emotional wellness, especially for individuals who have struggled with depression, anxiety, or other emotional regulation issues; physical fitness; building confidence; finding meaning and purpose; spirituality; navigating life transitions; and developing authenticity. Early life experiences gave me an unquenchable interest in what makes us tick. I began studying psychology and the human condition when I was 14, and have written extensively on personal growth and potential. In 2016, I finally put it all together, realizing the strengths I developed on my own journey had a purpose: to help others do the same. Becoming a life coach married my need to serve others with my lifelong love of understanding who we are and the forces that shape us. I work with individuals who believe there is more within them than what they see on the surface, and who understand how an experienced guide can help you find your own light and your own answers more quickly. From the moment we’re born, we begin building a map of the world to guide us in navigating it, and often the beliefs that make up that map, that once were appropriate and served us, become limiting as our circumstances change. Together, we’ll explore your inner world and transform the feelings and beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll move from just getting by, to a state of thriving. Whatever you’re facing, there is always an answer. I hold multiple certifications in life coaching and emotional intelligence, and have been coaching people just like you since 2017. My training was trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused, and my approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and psychoeducational. I’ve overcome past trauma, recurring depression, and failed relationships, yet taught myself tools to manage my emotions and lifestyle, remain focused on my goals, and build a very happy life.
