Position Overview
JRNI Coaching is a coach training program and coaching community focused on helping coaches launch exceptional, one-of-a-kind coaching businesses they love and transform lives, on their terms.
We seek a multi-skilled JRNI Student or Alumni for the role of Part-Time Admissions Coach to support the admissions department and grow new student enrollment. This position’s primary focus is prospective student calls, texts and follow up, handling phone and email inquiries, data entry, and coaching those interested in becoming JRNI students through the admissions process. This role will be directly supporting the Admissions department in meeting enrollment goals and growing new student enrollments, collaborating with the Director of Admissions.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who adores coaching/self improvement, loves their experience in the coaching intensive and wants to share with the world while making a difference in the lives of our students. This position requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage on-going communication with multiple prospective students.

This role is independent contractor, roughly 20 hours a week part-time and fully remote, work-from-home. As an independent contractor, the tasks required in this role fit into whatever schedule works best for you as part of a fully remote team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Our Part-Time Admissions Coach will assist in increasing call volume and student enrollments to hit internal goals, keeping in contact with new and long-term prospects, and prospecting and nurturing current incoming leads. The ability to serve as coach, navigator, and master facilitator in conversations with prospective students along with the ability to accurately speak/answer questions about JRNI’s program offerings are essential to this role.
This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate knows and loves JRNI, has exceptional customer service skills and wants to hold space for those interested in life coaching. We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, thoughtful, and organized self-starter to provide exceptional service to prospective students.

Compensation and Hours:

This is a flexible, 20 hour a week, part-time, independent contractor role with the potential to grow into more. Compensation for this will begin at $30 per hour, with bonuses for hitting goals.
We are particularly interested in finding someone with flexible availability to hold space for prospective students on days OR evenings and weekends on a Pacific Time schedule.
